Refund Policy
1. Dental Services Refunds: Our dental care services are provided by qualified professionals with the utmost dedication to patient satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 2 days of the service date. We will review your concern and, depending on the circumstances, may offer a partial or full refund as deemed appropriate.
2. Product Refunds: If you have purchased any dental care products (e.g., dental kits, oral hygiene products) from us, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Payment Gateway Refunds: For any payments made through the Razorpay payment gateway, the refund process will be in accordance with Razorpay's policies and procedures.
Cancellation Policy
1. Dental Services Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your dental appointment, please provide us with at least 2 days' notice. This allows us to accommodate other patients' needs and make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Product Order Cancellation: You may cancel your dental product order within 1 day of placing the order. To cancel, please reach out to our customer support team with your order details. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund as per our refund policy.
